About

Quotebot turns a voice note into a quote. That is the whole product.

Why it exists

Quoting happens at the worst possible moment: standing on a site, hands dirty, with the next job to get to. So it gets put off until the evening, and some of it never gets done at all. Quotebot exists so the quote can be sent before you're off the site — you say what the job needs, and a proper document comes back with your prices, your logo and your bank details on it.

Who it's for

Australian trades and suppliers who already run their day on WhatsApp. It was built for a Hebel supply business first, on real price lists and real customers, and it speaks Mandarin and Cantonese as well as English because that is how a lot of this industry actually talks.

What it is not

It is not an estimator, a quantity surveyor or an adviser. It drafts from the price list you gave it, and you check and issue every quote yourself. The Terms of Service spell that out in section 5, and it is worth reading rather than skipping.

Who runs it

Quotebot, ABN 24 566 565 190 — a small Australian business, not a venture-funded platform. Email reaches a person, usually the one who wrote the code. Prices are in AUD.

Where it's going

Invoicing and job costing are the two things people keep asking for, and neither is built yet. Which one gets built first is decided by whoever tells us — tell us which one you'd use.
