Acceptable Use
The short list of things that will get an account suspended.
Using Quotebot, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to issue quotes you have no intention of honouring.
- Upload other people's personal information without the right to do so.
- Impersonate another business, or put an ABN or bank details on a quote that are not yours to use.
- Attempt to reach another business's data, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Automate the service in a way that generates volume far beyond ordinary quoting, or share one account across separate businesses.
Messages travel over WhatsApp and are also subject to Meta's own policies. Using this service to send unsolicited bulk messages will get the number blocked, which affects every customer, so we treat it seriously.
If we suspend an account
We will tell you why and what would resolve it. Where the breach is not serious and not deliberate, we will ask you to fix it before suspending anything.
Reporting a problem
If you believe someone is misusing the service, or you have found a security vulnerability, email info@quotebot.online. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith and does not exploit it.
