Do I need a second phone or SIM?

No. You message our number from the phone you already use. That's the whole trick — most WhatsApp tools make you supply a spare number, and that's where people give up.

Does my customer need the app?

No. They get a PDF you forward, and a web link they tap to approve. They never install anything or sign up for anything.

What if it mishears me?

Anything it isn't sure about, it shows you the numbers first and waits for you to tap Confirm. And you can always say "make it 40 a metre" to fix a quote after the fact.

What if I'm on a noisy site?

It'll tell you the audio was unclear and ask you to re-record or type it, rather than guessing at a price.

Can I just type instead?

Yes. Everything works typed. Plenty of people never send a voice note.

Is my price list private?

Yes. Every business's data is separated at the database level, and no page or link can reach another business's prices, customers or quotes. See Security for the detail.
